Notice to Prospective Apprentices 

Plumbers & Pipefitters Local 9 Education Fund

THE LOCAL 9 APPRENTICESHIP PROGRAM

Applications for this five-year apprenticeship program in the Plumbing and Pipefitting industry will be restricted to the first 200 applicants.

APPLICATIONS MUST BE COMPLETED ON SITE

Applications will be available March 3, 2025 thru March 14, 2025 from 8am till 12pm. Applications must be completed by the applicant at the Local 9 Training Center located at 450 Route 33 & Iron Ore Road, Englishtown, NJ 07726.

REQUIREMENTS

OFFICIAL High School, or Equivalency (GED) Transcript. Transcripts must have a seal. No faxed documents.

OFFICIAL documents must be accompanied with COPIES of the following at the time of application:

• High School Diploma
• Birth Certificate
• Social Security Card
• Valid Driver’s License
• All applicants must be at least 18 years of age. Successful applicants will be required to pass a drug screening test. Incomplete applications and/or documentation will not be considered.
