We regret to inform the newly installed officers, trustees and membership of Local 9 that Local 9 member Dan Marquardt has filed a protest over the election held on Saturday, June 20, 2015 with the General Office of the United Association.  At this time the results are on hold pending the outcome of the protest.  If any newly elected officer or trustee is reading this please respond to this memo so we don't have to contact you by phone.
